Work rant and other news

So I had no time at all to check my f-list this weekend, I barely had time to go on tumblr and catching up was a bitch, I had to go back like 47 pages at least. I'm gonna catch up with LJ tomorrow, after I do my latin homework. Seriously, I'm like the opposite of normal human beings, I'm never looking forward to the weekend, weekend :P, I'm the most busy on weekends because I work and then I go to school on Monday. Tuesday to Friday are the days when I can relax, write fics and fangirl :P

I had such a bad day at work. Seriously, officially, I only have one boss. But there's like four other people who are technically "above me", and they all tell me to do things differently, so the others are pissed and I have to listen to their endless rants. Plus, it was fucking busy today, I had so much work to do, but I couldn't do it, because they kept calling me to take the 3rd register because there were too many customers.
To top it all, there was a new girl to train today. Like we have time to do that. But mostly: dear boss, you say you can't give me more than 10 hours a week, yet YOU FUCKING HIRE A NEW GIRL? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU???

Okay, end of rant, I'm sorry you have to put up with this.
Now I'm feeling so much better. Recipe to cheer up: take a long shower while listening to Glee songs and singing at the top of my lungs, then have a nice glass of white wine. <3
(Adding a little sunshine_flying to the mix would only be a cherry on top, but I wouldn't say no *wink wink*

Yeah, I'm waiting to hear from a tea shop, I've got an interview last Friday, and they were interviewing people all week, so I should get news by tomorrow. I hope I'll get it! :D

It looks awesome, it's a shop where you can buy tea leaves, but they also sell some to drink right there.

Well, I just finished my History degree, but next semester I'm gonna study to become an English to French translator.
What about you?

I know, for now I totally ship Artie/Brittany, but I know that when Brittana happens I will ship them, it's just that for now, I don't want to see Brit and Artie break up, it would break my heart :( So I use my Brit/Artie icon as much as I can while it's still canon :P

Catching up on Tumblr was a total bitch...I definitely feel your pain...and I'm not even following that many people yet!

I hate when workplaces do things like hire more people when you get shit for hours. That's how it is in the office I work in on campus, and it makes even less sense for them to take away hours when I HAVE WORK STUDY SO MY PAYCHECK DOESN'T COME OUT OF THEIR BUDGET. Work is complicated and I'm sorry you had such a bad day and that it was busy. That's never fun :(

I'm super jealous of your recipe to cheer up.
I can't sing in the shower here unless I shower at like, 6 am, because I share it with a bunch of other girls. I just listened to Glee music super loud on my iPod.
And I wish I had seen this earlier so we could have had a wine date.

We must have another one soon - once I buy more wine :P

I know, I follow about 30 people, but everybody was flailing about Somewhere Only We Know, half the posts were about it. (Seriously, I deserve a medal for not giving up and listen to it before it airs, it's so hard to do, but I don't wanna be spoiled)

I think they want to train her to be ready for summer, when we'll actually need more people, but come on, it's only April!

Oh well, at least when it's busy time flies :P

I need to buy more wine too, I finished my bottle last night. :( Can't wait for our next wine date, they're the highlight of my week. :D
